1 Â÷ ¿µ¹®È­ °á°ú:

Under the background described above, we examined whether the
  alterations of cardiac muscle contraction and/or Ca2+ level were
  associated with the Ca2+-regulating SR proteins (e.g., SERCA,
  phospholamban and RyR) in an animal model of hypertension. (1)

To do this, we used SHRs (spontaneously hypertensive rats)
  for the trial group. Their aged-matched WKY (wistar-kyoto) rats
  were served as controls. Then, we quantified the mRNA level
  of the Ca2+-regulating SR proteins and evaluated their functions. (2)

The objective of the present study was to understand the molecular
  biological basis of hypertension whose incidence has been
  increasing recently and thereby to report the useful results
  for the treatment of hypertension. (3)
